Biggest Success

Her first big success moment was being able to go into property investing full time. Her second big success was being able to go part time (she now only works 3 days a week) because she’s built a great team around her that can take care of the day-to-day running of The Good Property Company.

Biggest Difficulty

A panic moment during the purchase of 4 flats when it was realised at the last minute that one of the surveyors had valued the wrong property – but they still managed to complete on time!

  1. Really enjoyed this one too – Interesting what Suzannah said about this generation, I traveled and enjoyed my 20’s and had that same attitude until I reached my 30’s, I was then able to put my head down and roll with the punches. Excellent insight into the future and such a cool lady!

  2. Its always great listening to Suzannah speak, an inspiration to many no doubt. I like her no nonsense honest approach to property investing. Being able to get the work life balance she has is a massive achievement. Work 3 days train as an athlete the rest – sounds perfect to me. I hope to catch up with Suzannah at some point in the future.
