FAQs

Where is the Open Day taking place?

Due to the nature of our work, the sites we visit vary from one Open Day to the next. We are based in South Manchester and all of our projects are within a 20 minute drive of each other, but we will share specific details of each project closer to the time.

What travel arrangements are in place?

We recommend you drive if at all possible. Unfortunately we are not insured to take passengers with us between sites and public transport would take too long, however if you are travelling to us via train then we can normally arrange for you to get a lift with another attendee. Please let us know in advance if you will not be driving.

We will be starting the day in Sale which is a short tram ride from Manchester city centre train stations, and ending a short walk from Heaton Chapel train station in Stockport (trains to Stockport for London/south, and Manchester for most other destinations).

Who is hosting the Open Day?

The Open Day will be led by Mike who will spend the whole day with you.

He'll also be joined by two of our team members - Simon (Project Manager) who will be able to share details of how we run our projects including technical construction queries, schedules, budgeting etc; and Jess (Property Manager) who has been in the industry for a decade and can explain exactly how we manage the portfolio, find tenant, assess demand etc.

Is my ticket refundable?

Due to the small number of places available and high demand for the Open Days, tickets are non-refundable once your purchase is complete. If you can no longer attend, please give us as much notice as possible. If we are able to re-sell your ticket to another attendee then we will provide you with a refund, however this is not guaranteed.

Will the Open Day definitely take place?

We fully intend for each Open Day we schedule to take place, and so far have never had to cancel one. However we reserve the right to cancel at any point up to 72 hours in advance if there are new restrictions put in place relating to Covid-19 or any other reason that would make the Open Day impractical or impossible to operate. If we cancel the event, a full refund will be provided or your ticket can be transferred to a future date.

Can I bring a partner with me?

We'd love you to bring a partner with you, however each ticket purchased is for a single attendee. It can be very valuable for your business partner or spouse/family member to attend with you to share in the knowledge and experience from the day, however a separate ticket will be required for each attendee.
